We Have the Power to Impact Our Future, and We’re Doing Something About It
A safe place for women who are homeless is so importnat especially when they have children. We at Women Rock 2 know the importance of providing
that safe place. Women Rock 2 give homeless women their own place to call home. The majority of women who are homeless have reported that
domestic violence was the cause of their homelessness.
In 2019 government data shows that 37,750 single women were raising their children in
temporary housing. Living in such accomadations can be disheartening when children are involved. Women Rock 2 provides a permanent safe place
for women and their children. We are making a difference in the city of Memphis and you can too.
